Hello friends,

I’m Carolyn, and this site is the online hub of my village witchery practice. Welcome!

I’m a Priestess and a Witch. I attended seminary and hold an MDiv; I’m a legal officiant, and a former Chaplain and teacher. Now I focus my energies on offering spiritual care, supporting folks in their unique journey to the Sacred, and social justice organizing and activism.

Doing this work brings me great joy! It’s my honor to offer you the tools of my craft and to serve my community by practicing what I love. I actively participate in Pluralism, and welcome persons of any faith to my practice.

I offer all my work on a need-based sliding scale. Please contact me if you are seeking any of my services and are getting stuck at the price tag.

A Village Witch

So what is a “village witch”? Essentially, I’m a modern Spiritual Health professional practicing the ancient arts of my ancestors: the Goddess path, Earth wisdom, herb magic, and divination. These tools and practices are the foundation of my personal spiritual life.

I hold sacred space for folks to re/claim their own spiritual authority. I believe we can learn from teachers and each other, but ultimately our divinity is our own. My work is in making space and ways to spark and grow this understanding in anyone who seeks it.

I am committed to supporting radical shifts in our community toward equity, right relationship with the Earth, and right relationship with each other. This work is both mythic and tangible, and my mission is to make space to nourish the spirit while taking action in the world.

My Thealogy

Humans are wondrous beings: dreamers, manifestors, and children of this living Earth. We’re Spirit, and at the same time we are Matter. We are each of us a marvelous seed, a face of god, an embodied cosmic entity.

A witch recognizes the connections between all things; we honor and work with both seen and unseen forces. We keep the old ways, cycle with the seasons, and breathe with the rhythm of the Earth.

Magic is a way of life, a way of being in the world, a way of making sense of it all. It’s my art and my religion.

We are all connected. There is no such thing as going it alone. Our energies and actions weave the tapestry of life that we experience. We heal ourselves for the purpose of healing us all.

I follow the Goddess, and do this work in Her name. May I bring Her energy alive on this planet through my words and my deeds, may I offer Her spirit to those who have need of Her—that they may grow into fullness within Her—today and every day. So mote it be.
