Ingredients
  • 1/4cup herbdried
  • 15oz olive oil(or other carrier oil like almond or avocado oil)
  • 1pint mason jarwith tight-fitting lid
Instructions
  1. Place dried herb into sterile, dry glass jar.
  2. Pour oil over plant matter to cover and fill jar.
  3. Place filled jar in cool, dark place for 4-6 weeks. Strain plant matter out with cheesecloth or coffee filter, squeezing to extract as much oil as possible from the herbs. Discard plant matter and store oil, labeled (!!!) back in a cool, dark place. The oil will last at least a year and retain the properties of the herb.
